Hey everyone! Welcome to the Booty Band Challenge.....DAY 8! Today we kick off using the Ankle Bands with a few sets of Kick Backs! Be sure to warm up before starting these workouts so you are properly warmed up! With each set, you will want 30 seconds per leg set. Be sure to keep your body straight and follow our Fitness Model. :) Stay focused throughout the entire workout! You can do this....we believe in you!
