Welcome to Booty Band Challenge Day 7! Hey Rockstar! How are your legs and glutes feeling after the first 6-days? With this latest video you will start off with the Glute Bridge for 1 minute and then move into another set. You will have a brief 60 second rest period and move right into another Glute Bridge Set. Follow the video instruction to a beautiful, round and fuller booty! You can do this!
