Welcome to Day 6 in our Booty Band Challenge! Wahoo - you made it this far, girl, keep going for an amazing booty! We know you can do this! This set of exercises starts off with (2) floor Kick-Backs Sets using our proprietary ankle bands, by the way....no other company offers ankle bands like we do - they are available on the Complete Booty Band Set as well as the Bonus! Package!

6 minutes into Round 1 you will start off with 2 Fire Hydrant Sets that will work out the glutes and inner thighs. This is an incredible workout! Enjoy! Entire workout is 90 minutes long.

There are 4 workouts per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.)
