This 90-minute set will first focus on the glutes. The Glute Bridge is 90 seconds long is a good way to get warmed up! Between each set, we ask that you rest for 22 seconds. Then you will go right into another Glute Bridge set. The video is self explanatory and leads you through an incredible workout!
