Today we start off with Glute Bridge, push out at top for 1 minute. This will lead you into Band Bounce Squats for 1 minute. Follow along with our fitness model...after a rest, you; move right back into Glute Bridge, push-outs at top. This workout is less than 25 minutes. Stay focused....we know you can do this!
