This workout starts with Kick-Backs, 45-seconds each, 3 sets. Follow along with our Fitness Model for an amazing workout and results!  Be sure to stretch before the workout and take the allocated rests between sets.  Drink plenty of water and follow our Meal Plans as well for the best results!

 

There are 4 workouts per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.)
